At the third time in St. Petersburg, the Conference will bring together the international professional community on thrombosis and hemostasis to jointly discuss the key issues of trends, achievements and future prospects in the field of motherhood and childhood.
The purpose of the Conference is the exchange of modern scientific information and the synthesis of theoretical and practical experience in the field of research of the hemostatic system in obstetrics, information and generalization of existing gynecology, neonatology and reproduction.
The relevance of the conference is due to the fact that blood-clotting disorders are a frequent cause of both maternal and perinatal mortality. To successfully dealing with thrombosis and bleeding, there is not enough knowledge from obstetricians - gynecologists. The problem requires the consolidation of doctors of various specialties, as well as scientists and government representatives. Today, new methods of diagnosing the treatment and prevention of thrombosis and thrombolytic complications are becoming more and more active in the clinical practice of doctors. The conference "Hemostasis, Thrombosis and Reproduction" is designed to make this process as effective as possible. In preparing the Conference program, we evaluated the problem of hemostasis from different angles looked at it through the eyes of doctors of different specialties. Today, medicine has a clear understanding that human reproduction is tied to hemostasis, and problems affecting the human immune system and genetics can manifest including in obstetric and gynecological practice. Hence, the interdisciplinary interest in the upcoming event.
It is equally important that when forming a scientific program, we place the main emphasis on quality and professionalism. Doctors of those specialties who rarely meet together all at the same time in daily life will gather at one site.
